The Challenge
Traditional automotive studio photography requires expensive physical infrastructure, professional lighting setups, and advanced editing skills. The primary UX challenge was designing an interface that empowers non-technical users (like dealership staff or casual sellers) to achieve complex photographic edits—such as AI background removal, reflection alignment, color optimization, and 360° video masking—effortlessly. The interface needed to feel as simple as a standard camera app while housing powerful, enterprise-grade AI processing under the hood.
The Solution & Design Strategy
To make advanced AI tools accessible, I designed an intuitive, cross-platform UI system built around a "one-tap transformation" philosophy. Guided shooting overlays help users capture the perfect angle, while an automated AI workflow immediately handles segmentation and background replacement. Whether accessed via the mobile app on a dealership lot or via the web dashboard for bulk processing, the interface maintains seamless brand consistency, high readability, and effortless navigation.
Guided Camera UI & Smart Angle Detection
Designed a specialized mobile camera interface featuring real-time wireframe silhouettes and gyroscopic alignment guides. This ensures users capture vehicles at consistent, marketable angles before the AI processing even begins.

The core editing suite allows users to instantly strip away messy outdoor backgrounds and replace them with customizable, hyper-realistic 3D virtual showrooms.
